Indonesia Sustainable Urban Transport Program Indonesia (SUTRI NAMA)

This project will contribute to transforming urban transport in Indonesia with a mix of capacity-building and investment measures.

In selected Indonesian cities, a Sustainable Urban Transport Fund will co-fund transport demand management measures such as ‘park and ride’ facilities and the building of sidewalks and bicycle networks.

Furthermore, the project will provide technical assistance to local governments through a Technical Support Unit. This will include assistance for reviewing Transport Master Plans and approaching investment programmes, national grant schemes and the private sector for co-financing.
