Intervention logic of the NAMA Facility

Oct 01, 2016

Theory of Change

The Theory of Change (ToC) is a depiction of the NAMA Facility showing what the facility is meant to do and what it is to achieve on different objective levels (road map). It is based on a series of ‘what-if’ relationships that, if implemented as intended, lead to the desired outcome – it represents the intervention logic of the NAMA Facility. The Theory of Change shows how and why the overall initiative works, and how the individual NAMA Support Projects are expected to contribute to reaching the NAMA Facility’s objectives.
